Project DescriptionThe Southeast Araba Archaeological Survey is a regional study of the Southeast sector of Wadi Araba and the immediate environs of Aqaba. Its main purpose was to examine the hinterland of the port city of Roman Aila, with the aim to elucidate the economic relationship between Aila and its hinterland.
