The large buiding site situated behind the houses between via Vintler and via Weggenstein was carefully inspected due to its proximity to the historic centre of Bolzano. Early medieval levels, overlaying the alluvial deposit from the R. Talvera, were identified. A brick-built well was also found. (Catrin Marzoli)
