During an archaeological evaluation research in the area of Noşlac Commune, we discovered some bronze pieces in a small area, situated at the entrance of Noşlac village on the axe south-west and 150 m from the new Water Pump, on the first terrace of Mureş River. We proceeded to a preventive archaeological research and recovered a bronze hoard, which seems to fit in Cincu-Suseni series, at first sight. The hoard consists of 150 artefacts, most of them being fragmentary: sickles, different types of pendants, a saw, awls, knives, daggers, a silver pendant (?), metal cakes, ingots, different types of axes, socketed axes, links, and additions from the processing and other undetermined pieces at a first evaluation. We identified other archaeological sites in the area Noşlac – Uioara de Sus, dating from the Neolithic, Aeneolithic, Bronze Age and 4th – 7th centuries A.D.
