Summary (English)
During the excavations conducted in the summer of 2002, at Desa village, Dolj county, Castraviţa site, we discovered an inhumation cemetery, in which we researched a number of graves belonging to the Basarabi culture and also a Roman settlement, revealed, for the time being, by stonework remains with slaked lime mortar, tiles, shingles, bricks, in fragmentary form, and a few sherds.
