The Bronze Age and Latène complexes were discovered during the archaeological excavations at Băneasa – Lac. The Bronze Age archaeological materials are spread in the entire researched area, but only one complex was discovered. It is a waste pit (sherds, animal bones). All the material belongs to Glina culture. From the Latène period we found one complex. The size and the shape sustain the supposition that it could be a structure, probably a house. Among the characteristic decorated sherds we discovered also an amphora fragment from Chios, well dated to the 4th century BC
